Can we buff Ashe's Movement Speed a bit please?

She's an adc with so little mobility and lacks steroids as well. Her current MS is 325. To compare to other adcs, Caitlyn, Ezreal, Jinx, Kalista, Kogmaw, MF and Tristana have the same. Of those, only Kog and MF lack an escape, but her 1v1 power is way stronger, as well their hp is higher.

The adcs that have higher MS in lane are Draven, Graves, Varus and Vayne at 330, and finally Sivir and Quinn at 335. I don't think is fair for a champion like Ashe, since those have more mobility in lane or ability to poke than Ashe. Varus is in the same category of Ashe as an utility adc, but his poke is still somewhat safer and his MS is as you can see, higher than Ashe.

Since Ashe needs help in terms of mobility, can we buff her base MS to 330 at least? And please don't tell me her permaslow would be a problem when we have a champion who does both permaslow and gap closes constatly ( ).
