NEW PASSIVE KINDA AND NEW RESOURCE THAT MAKES HIM DECIDE BETWEEN 4 TYPES OF AMP'D UP ABILITIES AND WHETHER OR NOT HE WANTS ARMOR/MR AND HEALING OR THE ABILITY TO RIGHTEOUS OVER THEIR FACES

P stays Perseverance with a mini passive called Fortitude

Q renamed to Ambition instead of Decisive Strike

W stays Courage

E stays Judgment

R renamed to Justice instead of Demacian Justice

Now uses a Resource called RIGHTEOUS

RIGHTEOUS generates everytime Garen or an Ally takes damage up to 100. (50% generation for Allies)

Perseverance grants RIGHTEOUS that gives Armor and MR per point (max at 100 RIGHTEOUS 15/30/45/60 at Levels 1/6/11/16) and Fortitude is a mini passive that drains **RIGHTEOUS ** to give health regen based on Max HP that increases based on Missing HP

For 50 RIGHTEOUS Garen can empower his Q, W, E or R to have an additional effect

RIGHTEOUS AMBITION SILENCES IN AN AOE AT A COST OF 50 MIGHT

RIGHTEOUS COURAGE PROVIDES A SMALL AOE DAMAGE FREE ZONE AT A COST OF 50 MIGHT

RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT SPINS FASTER AND PSEUDO CRITS AT A COST OF 50 MIGHT

RIGHTEOUS JUSTICE HAS A LARGE CAST RANGE AND DEALS %HP TRUE DAMAGE BUT COSTS 100 MIGHT

Passive specific regen numbers TBD by riot but the Armor and MR is meant to be mostly what it would be

W CC reduction and passive % increased AR/MR removed

E slow thru minions or against targets removed

R villainous component removed
