this is a good rework that not only fixed things, but also promise fun for everyone.
this is straight up bullshit, and looks like riot couldn't rework them in time and just threw some shit in their kit and "here, look at this rework!"
i'm so disappointed by shaco's rework, i expected so many changes. you gave more possibility to shaco players to trick people, but where is the changes that made him less feast and famine?

Shaco's gave him more outplays while making him less of a cheese champ.
Ekko needed the nerf in order for tank ekko to be less-used than assassin Ekko, and gave a reason to use his ult outside of just a get-out-of-jail-free card.
The three you mentioned first were the focus of the update, not zed, shaco, and ekko. Hell, they already said Shaco's getting a VGU down the line.
Hige1 votesnumeric changes won't be initially understood but they do change a champion power curve, so as far as Shaco goes, you'd need to play him in order to have a well sustained opinion that keeps in mind every single lever on the champion.
For Zed he received a huge nerf, he doesn't get free AD from his W passive anymore, instead he receives 5% AD of his target kill, but given the fact that he's often played in mid lane, killing a mage early will, at best, net you 5 AD + 5, when compared to his old AD boost that increased all his bonus AD by 20% at max level... he's now more of a niche champion which is awesome.
Ekko I have to say that he feels indeed much MUCH fair, removing the slow gave him back the assassin feel, his ult proccing the stun is in fact very hard to pull correctly, since you cannot fully control where you'll land and much less synchronize both skills perfectly all the time since both are heavily telegraphed.
