So now that the ADC items are getting reworked, how bout we look at Muramana?

Just fuse Manamune and Essence Reaver at this point.

Manamune
Caulfield's Warhammer + Tear of the Goddess + Long Sword + 900 = 3200
+40 Attack Damage +20% Cooldown Reduction +250 Mana
Unique - Awe: Grants (2% Maximum Mana) bonus Attack Damage. Refunds 15% of Mana spent.
Unique - Mana Charge: Grants a charge every 4 seconds, up to 3 charges. Each basic attack or Mana expenditure consumes a charge and grants +5 Mana, up to a maximum of 750 Mana, at which point this item transforms into Muramana.

Muramana
+40 Attack Damage +20% Cooldown Reduction +1000 Mana
Unique - Awe: Grants (2% Maximum Mana) bonus Attack Damage. Refunds 15% of Mana spent.
Unique - Spellsword: After casting an ability, your next two basic attacks gain 50% bonus Attack Speed and restore 1.5% of your missing Mana, doubled to 3% versus enemy champions. If the ability cast was your ultimate, these two basic attacks also reduce your remaining basic ability cooldowns by 20%.

Give or take a couple details, I just threw that together.
Manamune's honestly just a relic of a bygone era where Jayce, Yorick, and Urgot needed the mana to maintain their combat patterns. Nowadays it's just that thing Ezreal builds to be basically manaless.
Only problem I have with this is that haste is linked to lost chapter. So either you have to change the flat cdr it gives or you have to change the unique passive name. Otherwise it sounds ok

Could probably just say 20% CDR outright. I was just reading Archangel's templating when writing that.

This item looks busted as hell on ezreal, not only cause it gives another 20% cdr that he can convert to ap/ad cause of trancedence but also cause he will get like a 2 secon CD on his E after Qin someone and AAin them.
Just fuse Manamune with Ezreal to make it "Ezreals Hexcore"
[sg-ezreal] . At this point every other adc can now get Essence Reaver cause it no longer is gated just to crit users (ok wonder if the ult effect not works on jayce).

fair point to but you never realy saw him going manaitems beside maybe trinity (or iceborn). and he needs a total rework. while jayce is fine but can be gated to mana depending how riot currently handles him.

If this is going to work the way I'm thinking it could work, I will be playing manamune, essense reaver, arch angels, black cleaver, iceborn, berserker greaves udyr top. The rate and size of the shields from turtle stance would prob be enough to face tank a turret without a minion wave and Sheen proc it down. And you get enough ad for a decent size bleed from tiger stance with armor shred from BC. If that rune that gives extra ad for over capping cdr is still a thing, this build is good to go. Lol
well you can play this with viktor or blitzcrank there the mana directly scales into their shields to be even tankier. Or ryze or kassadin with their mana scalings for insane dmg. Possible to just swap out the essence reaver and bc for a rod of ages and mejais and ofcourse probably no berserkers.

Kassasin gets muramana, roa, iceborn, abyssal mask, new essence reaver, Merc treads/tabi. Why does this work you ask? Because kassadin's ult scales off Mana. You basically Mana fart people to death and ur tanky af. Its a fun build. Done it a few times for laughs with frozen heart instead of new essence reaver. The damage as you creep closer to full build is shockingly high. The guy I got it from is on YouTube as Cryo and he calls it mana-tank kassadin.
well i don't need a guy from youtube to get such ideas up by myself as i have lolwiki to see which champion scales with what or what interesting runes/items can work on a champion. But it is always fun to see people like sivhd ofcourse.
Essence Reaver looks like it will compliment Muramana quite well now actually.
