Rylais on Alistar?
One of the issues i had with utility Supports like 
is that they liek to build defenses but have no real defensive scalings. Ali now has HP on his Passive heal tho.
So i tied 
on Ali.
Not only does this give him a nice bit of damage on all his spells while still giving a decent amount of health, but it gives him a lot of stickiness with his E.
Just tried it out in a norm game and it seemed quite effective.
It's at the very least fun. What do you all think of it?
