Since current mages aren't as strong riots going to nerf all the Dot dmg mages to bring them to the lvl of poke or burst mages since dot dmg mages have an insane synergy with deathfiretouch especially swain he is disgusting with this his E amplifies the dmg(which mean more bullshit)and Q and W i mean before this i melted people to about half hp at lvl 8 but now its like 75% of their hp gone....
