Well, AP Elise is kinda broken in the late game, her late game power needs to be toned down a bit. 1v1'd a Garen in lategame as Elise head on, without dropping under 50% HP. The fight lasted a total of 3 seconds.. Vs Garen.

Her late game is not broken, its the weakest part of the game for her. She has the same late game as lee sin or worse. There are alot of factors to consider in the 1v1 you claim against garen and elise, but i don't see Elise being the victor in the fight considering garens kit.
