Does anyone else feel that Braum's passive fall off just a little too slowly?
Idk, I just feel that if Braum hits you with a Q, then can't follow up, another Q shouldn't be able to put a second stack on you.

Orinne1 votesFor Braum to even stack his passive on you with nothing but Q, he'd need max rank of Q and 40% CDR, since the stacks last 4 seconds. If you're still in range to get Q'd a second time, you were probably dead before that happened anyways.
