Jinx/Alistar synergy...or lack thereof?

So this week, Jinx and Alistar are rocking a 39% win rate in bot lane. Ouch. I was a little surprised. Both of them have pretty strong kits. Ali may not have the best win rates, but his in-your-face-ness should complement Jinx rather well.

Anyone have any thoughts about what is causing such a drastic loss rate?
