can you reduce the cost of haunting guise by 100?

considering the fact that AD itemization has a lot more armour pen options and that it costs 1100 and not a whopping 1600

EDIT:and to make sure that the laundries abusers can't benefit to hard cost should increase by a hundred to compensate for the hundred decrease on haunting guise

all in all its a great item to buy then sell magic pen+HP+AP then sell it for a different item later on

Or they could just make it build into something else, that way you would have 2 options so champs that can't abuse liandry's passive would have another option. Serrated Dirk builds into 3 things...

elise maybe. rumble is in the dumpster right now man. you can go full build with him and not touch tanks. the tanky meta is fucking him pretty hard.

item 3151 is just weird... it gives flat magic pen which generally works best against squishy targets and a % current health damage burn which works best against tanks since usually they are the ones left with the most hp after being hit by abilities

Haunting Guise just has so many problems that costing 1600g is just not acceptable.

Building only into one of the most niche AP items means that for most of the roster, it's not an item you want to keep. It needs to be cheaper/stronger if it's going to be a "buy then sell" item.
Its stat combination is awkward. HP is always somewhat relevant, but you shouldn't need to opt into it to get AP/Pen. Liandry's is valuable for the bulk it offers but MPen and HP should probably be decoupled so that Haunting is less restricted to champions that value the extra bulk.
Because HP is a pretty meh stat for mages, particularly in the early game, HG's cost being tuned around having that HP means it's undertuned in terms of stats you actually want. It needs to be more efficient considering one of its stats is so... unwanted.

IMO it would be wise to rework the item slightly and then makke it build into at least one more item. Remove the HP, retune the AP/cost and add a Ruby Crystal to the Liandry's build path. Then add a new item that gives MPen without a weirdly niche passive and HP.
