Its really unfair to be unable to coordinate your picks/ bans simply due to someone not having certain champions available.
This is the strongest PTW element of ranked play right now, and something that could be easily fixed without changing Riot monetization scheme, just let people trade picks before they've picked champions.

Because to ban properly you need to cordinate picks as well - for instance, if you are blue side you might need to ban something that you would have first picked because the first picker doesn't have that champion.

Blue side gets first pick, meaning they can grab an overpowered champion that fell through banning before the other side can get it, which means they might not want to ban certain champion someone on their team wants to play, but might need to ban it anyway because the first picker doesn't have that champion.
