It doesn't matter if the champion is balanced or not, there are morons that will be playing him for the first or second time against enemies that are playing their thousant Darius game. The Kled troll picker will get destroyed and the match will be ruined.
I ban all new champs precisely for this reason. Disable them for a month after release in ranked.
