Daily/ Jungle exp is way to low early game, only way for jungler to take off is to pull off ganks.

Whole point of this set of changes in pre-season was to diminish Jungle spam gank, but what it only achieved is to highly increase snowball because the jungler who take off will dominate the other one.

Farming is not an answer to a gank, and the question is not if it should be or not, but don't believe that you will gain level advantage by farming, you will by ganking AND farming, but gank are still your only way of winning a game as a jungler.

AKA : Farming jungler are trash, and this altough they supposedly increase the value of "farming" the jungle.
