Kinda like Lucian, only eve needs to max Ravage 2nd whereas Lucian doesn't need to max Ardent Blaze 2nd so he can get the benefit of the lowered mana cost on Relentless Pursuit earlier in the game. Eve shouldn't have a mana cost at all on her W, they should just leave her alone =\

More like it should scale up from 10/15/20/25/30

It's just too much for the early game when her mana pool is so small.
