Why would I play this trAshe champion instead of Mordekaiser

I'm trying to understand why I would play my old main that got destroyed by Riot gutting essence Reaver, can't deal with triforce divers, , when I can just play an other immobile champion that doesn't need to kite and can kill any diver that comes in range.
It's truly fascinating, you gutted ashe's slow and made her 24/7 dependant on ult to survive. But Ashe's ult is at the same the tool to make her able to make picks and carry the game (unlike other adcs who can just you know, deal damage). Then you completly gut essence reaver and let it like this without even talking about the item. And now, we can't build a decent CDR item rush to decrease her ult cd, which means it's either trying to do something and die by divers. Or keep ult to peel yourself and be inexistent during the game. And before ignorants tell me to build bork-->black cleaver, if you rush those 2 first items your slow is going to be fucking shit and you're not even going to imagine yourself surviving in a solo queue game where peeling is unreliable af.
The game is enjoyable when my team who keeps inting, blame me and want to report me for picking Ashe instead of Kai'sa or Varus.
But what do I know, I mean the boards legit tells you to forget Essence Reaver because now it's a bruiser item and it's fine for an item to have different users. Meanwhile champions who heavily depended on it can fuck off.
And Riot? What is Riot even goanna do? Meddler thinks that giving a gamebreaking buff to Vayne (remember the -2 sec cd on tryndamere E? yep) is what we need because "she's unseen in pro" when Uzi instalocks vayne in pro meanwhile Vayne has 49% win rate 12% pick rate, and 54% win rate on mains while Ashe mains have an average of 52 FUCKING WIN RATE https://i.gyazo.com/2d2f4c571fd648eccf2d601104e18a87.png
trAshe champ, but hey I guess this is what it feels to have your main balanced around lcs As I said it's fine, I'll just play Mordekaiser now.

Even tho I know that 
(rip ashe) fit a bit the lack of ER, it won't fit what I missed.
As you said ashe ult look gutted, sivir E and W has too much CD, xayah fell very weak.
