Please fix the changes, don't nerf unintended outcomes

Jinx, Yasuo, tryndamere, and all the other champions who were not part of the marksmen/preseason update are not broken. It is the updated items and masteries that caused their uber level of brokenness. So please don't change the champions, just rebalance the items and masteries.

They're already changing Warlord's Bloodlust to work on champions only. We'll see if it needs more changes after that.
