Scruffy is working on Taric

Passive: Taric gains %-bonus armor based on his current mana. Additionally, his autoattacks against the enemy champions refresh the cooldowns on all of his abilities. Additionally, Taric gains stacks of fabulousness over time up to a cap of 420. Then his next autoattack will deal bonus magic damage. Additionally, Taric's passive is also an active that can be activated when the opponent Azir constructed a turret. Activating the passive (yes, I just said that) will lead to the enemy Azir's turret become friendly for the rest of duration. Additionally, Taric gets one of the random 10 passives every 10 minutes of the game. The mentioned passives are not specified as they serve as a surprise. To be fair, the balance team made the best of the rework and Skarner is in a pretty decent spot right now. Great clear times, good duelist and scales well. Needless to say he still has that ult.
