Does anybody understand the difference between servers

Like is their a skill difference too? I know that sounds kind of weird but i was spectating a bjerg game (bc im a noob lord fanboy scrub) And he was on the korean server (not sure though bc it was mandarin, which is china i believe) but anyways, they played very NA bronze. Like tunnel vision into jg, fighting in horrible areas and no objective control. Is this just what happens in all elos? Or is every server notorious for different skill levels? Kind of a weird question but i just was curious

Well all servers have low ELO where players are bad, but certain servers have reputations for being worse than others.

The general consensus on skill level seems to be:

Korea > NA & EUW > China > EUNE > the rest

On average. But if you compared a challenger player on OCE (for example) with someone who is Gold in Korea, the Challenger player will still be way better.

Korea and OCE have reputations for being extraordinarily toxic though

im not kidding when i say LAN has probably the most disgusting community.

i played there and almost wanted to kms. when i played on my challenger acc i woudl get people that would troll me JUST because i couldnt speak spanish.

"no hablo espanol" is the one thing i would say and they would just come int my lane. this is like top 50 people in the server btw.

the server is just so fucking bad. challenger on LAN is plat 3 on NA hands down.
