I am not really sure but there has been like this huge wave of people speaking strictly mandarin/Korean/other Asian descent language and them cursing at you, flaming in broken English and pinging their ping 200+ obviously coming from a different region, but what caused this and is anybody else getting these issues?

While I am 'mostly' certain your tone is not intended as such, this nuzzles up against the Universal Rule forbidding 'Hate Speech' against Ethnicity/Race. That's a rather nasty slope to slide down and I'd rather air on the side of caution here than allowing a possible precedent to slip through. There are people from all cultures and races with rage issues. And foreign text does not automatically equal a foreign national. Someone may just simply think they're being clever by putting their High School/College elective language class to 'colorful' use.
Let's try not to use Ethnicity or Race as a call-out card for behaviors and I'll be plenty content to just leave at this okay?
