He has his passive ignite and electrocute, point and click jump and waveclear, stupidly low cooldown wall jumps... there's no brain to it, you die instantly. Where is the counterplay?
Make his Q a skillshot, give his E a meaningful cooldown and lower his W waveclear and the champion would be fine, but right now he just facerolls and kills you in 0.1 seconds, it's not fun to play against at all

and is just all over the map without you being able to do anything but hope that your team mates are really good at paying attention.

Also he can just one tap wards and sit out of vision for someone to walk by

Last Talon I picked Morgana into I went 7/0/5.
Everytime he R'd me, I pressed R. The True sight allowed me to continue my combo.
"WTF I'm Invisible... How?"
Morgana is a very good pick into champions who have any forms of invisibility in their kit, champions like

I actually have 300k mastery on morg (supp), I really like the champion but when players start to flash your binds and buy merc treads and go for the legend tenacity rune, life sucks lol

If he roams, honestly, all you can do is ping and shove the wave as quick as possible to punish him.
And I'm not going to lie, Talon is a little broken rn. All those indirect buffs and item buffs really did it for him.
