Just got out of a game with a Graves support

I was the ADC, of course, and I was trying out Jihn. I thought to myself "Well, graves has 0 peel and 0 cc, but maybe we can turn this into a sort of kill lane, even though we're vs Braum and Lucian". Of course the graves was duoing with someone way higher leveled than him (who went jungle zed and fed to the moon) so he was far, far lower in rank than everyone else on the team. The graves then proceeded to buy talisman, die within the first 3 minutes, then run back into lane and CS as much as he possibly could. Being on a champion with terrible waveclear and an ammo system, I could not do anything. Graves died twice more, and then just left the lane and roamed to CS. I ended up dying a lot to jungler ganks in 1v3s, and by the end, I was completely useless to my team. It was literally the worst in game experience I've had in months.

And do you know what? There's nothing I can report him for. He got thrown into support, then played a marksman despite his assigned role (quite shamelessly, he didn't even try to ward or peel, and he ended with about equal CS to me because he was trying his hardest to take all the lane cs), but he was dead silent the entire game. and no one reviewing the case will see that 1) he was supposed to be supporting and 2) that he essentially ruined the game by refusing to do so. It was beyond horrible to play where I was rendered useless by the support. but there's no backlash for people who bluntly refuse to play the role they're assigned in champ select.

Of all the problems I have with Dynamic queue (especially that TB is gone, and in no way does dynamic really replace it well), this is the biggest one. People bluntly refusing to play the role they're assigned, and absolutely killing games because of it, and there's nothing you can do to get them punished. This needs to be fixed. Badly.

Actually, you could've reported him for trolling. It isn't just limited to not playing the assigned role, and while you can play anything you want, it's up to you to get it to work
