I wonder if Riot will ever address how ADCs are so over powered that you need one on a team

Isn't fun how this class has and probably will be mandatory if you want to win games, especially competitive.

they're not overpowered, they're just the best class for taking turrets. turrets win games.

Anyone that can win a teamfight is better than an adc at taking turrets. The difference between an adc soloing a turret and two ppl soloing a turret is less than one wave. The point is, objectives still fall after teamfights, even when both adc's have died in the progress of the fight.

The other point is, why does turret dmg scale off of only 50% ap if adc's need unfun nerfs to compensate with their tower taking? Instead of nerfing the shit out of the adc, why dont we just buff mages and tanks to deal more dmg to towers? Please answer this. I dont understand why we wouldnt want to level the tower taking play field.

The only ones not happy about that ap and armor ratio to tower dmg would be the ad bruisers stacking hp and ad. Let them have the edge in teamfights. Thats sort of what their kits are naturally. Survivability + engage + dmg. Thats a teamfighter. Doesnt need to solo towers. If they build armor, it sort of balances out since they will be more managable in a fight, yet deal more dmg to turrets.

Reason B, they are the class whose performance is least affected by sharing experience. Auto-attack DPS scales mainly on gold (to buy items), not XP - the amount of AD an ADC gets from leveling is roughly equal to what BF Sword used to give. Meanwhile, range is its own form of safety (can't hit what you can't reach), and range usually does not not scale with level. Melees cannot afford to not get the increased tankiness from extra levels, on the other hand.
