Early game junglers are beyond overpowered atm with all the snowballing

All the lee/khas and elises just dominates the first 10 mins of the game and decide the game before laners can even do anything, its absurd.

I want to play the game past 20 minutes again riot, its not fun to have every game decided in 10 minutes by junglers, stop this snowballing junglers into oblivion shit, they kill laners far too easily for no effort and run away with games far too often, nerf them hard.
