She wasn't an issue (most people thought she was weak, even), and people who actually played her were happy. I know you're nerfing her (again) because she gets in the way of LC$, and it's honestly just asinine.
I'd like one of my favorite champs to actually be worth picking, instead of feeling like I'm gimping myself by doing so. : /
BLIGHTBRINGER2 votesI wouldn't mind the current Poppy if she wasn't so underperforming. Her W and R don't make sense, she is a character who is suppose to engage fights not back away from. As much as I love those two abilities and how unique they are they just don't match Poppy's character. Her W is okay currently, but it's being nerfed on PBE making it even more pointless now.
She is going to be so much worse if those changes are going to go through.
I really wish Riot could stop nerfing champions without actually explaining the reasons behind it.

Not in the 5.24 patch! She could reposition herself a bit to the left or right and you'd get stunned if you were melee because of its ridiculous range.
