What was the point of giving assassins a gimp version of Zed's ultimate? Do you just have that much of a hard on for assassins, balance team?

Understated compared to youmous and generally every other viable ad assasin item, costs way more, shit buildpath because of 1300 g item while every other ad item has tons of longswords on it, qssable, passive cooldown too long and unreliable passive. Its a noobtrap people, its hilarious how many " the item is so op LOLOL" threads are made about that shit thing.
