Bear with me, I agree he needed buffs, however, it's absolutely painful for anybody that isn't a top laner post 11. He just wont die. Unless you 5 man him, which if you do that.. You'll all die bc adcs exist LOL. And that W just makes him beefier. Along with warmogs buff.

This Is Your Dad1 votesI went 15/0/8 as him and got a pentakill with just the support helping me, and only augmenting my strength, not doing damage herself (Lulu). I never get pentakills. Ever.
Chibi Bronzlife1 votesThis is one buff I was questioning honestly, however I think what you need to do is kite him while your main tank slows him down with thornmail and randuins/frozen heart.

ive laned a couple times against garens myself since the buffs because someone actually picked him.
won every lane so far without issue, and steamrolled them.
to be fair, i was playing cho in all but one cases and hes pretty strong himself right now. but its not like cho is the only one capable of doing that.
