That means that all players, casual, hardcore and professional are all performing exceptionally well with Garen. That's a clear indication that he's overtuned.

For as long as I've played League, there's never been a champion who has been pick/ban across every elo. When streamers and professionals are banning the simplest champs, it's a numbers issue.

Whenever overly simplified champs are seeing high popularity and win rates it's simply a number tuning issue. Takes one patch to dial their efficiency back (hard nerf) then slowly buff them into balance over the next few months.

I think Garen's issue fall into his W, but a solution may also be found in his E.
