Instead of nerfing ADCs and Tanks, Riot is buffing bruisers with +5 damage on almost every ability

Seriously, not joking. Instead of fixing the issues with the game, Riot thinks +5 damage in places is going to fix the issue. Seriously, everyone (but Irelia, Darius, and Aatrox) got +5 damage on random abilities for some reason. I don't see how this prevents our current ADC-Support-Tank Meta (aka Hypercarry Meta). This was yesterday's PBE notes. I also don't see how this prevents the Bramble Vest auto win either.

On another note, still confused about lack of base AD changes and base armor/base MR due to the very much removal of them in newer runes system.

The damage buffs are to compensate for the removal of AD in the rune system.

Expect to see more, similar buffs.
