Something needs to be done about gankplank.
Its absolutely ridiculous how powerful his mid/lategame is for the massive safety he has in his kit.
What exactly do GP players do that they should be rewarded for? Barrels? What so something that you can instantly chain three of in the lategame and then nuke an entire cluster of people is ok to have on top of tons of movement speed and a free cleanse that heals?
Call me biased but something is amiss with this champ, his only "weakness" is the early game, which all he has to do is farm and ignore his laner.
