Is Riot going to do something about the toxicity that goes on during the summer time?

On June 17th, I ran into a whopping 5 afks and 1 intentional feeder. All in a day. 8 games. It seems like everytime school goes out for students, League becomes extremely toxic, and I really think it is time for a change.

Ranked Win-Loss Ratio during Spring Break Entering Spring Break: 28-21.
End of Spring Break: 31-38. The funny part? After school was back, I won 11 of my next 12 to become 42-39.

Here's a look at my last 20 games including Bot games, Normals, and Ranked.

1. Bots, Jax quits at level 2. Easy Win, whatever.

2. Bots, Riven quits at level 3. Easy Win, whatever.

3. Ranked J4 1-5-10 Outcome = Loss - Bad game, no troll here, I take blame for this.

4. Normal Yi 23-10-4 Outcome = Loss - A whopping 3 trolls in this one. Akali starts 0-2 and decides not to play seriously anymore and asks for surrender everytime it's up. Tristana goes 1-18-8 and buys all mobi boots intentional feeder. Shaco went 25-13-9 but was toxic and rage quit the game. Thresh tried but had a very strange build, but I don't call him a troll.

5. Normal Yi 16-3-7 Outcome = Win - No troll here

6. Ranked Shen 2-1-9 Outcome = Loss - So enemy top Garen roamed all game and my team told me to stay top and push. They then got toxic at me for not ulting when my ult was on cooldown. So toxic player here.

7. Ranked Yi 7-5-5 Outcome = Loss - Bot and Top were constantly raging at each other all game...

8. Normal Wukong 9-10-22 Outcome = Loss - I did not have my best game here. Kha and Thresh were a little bit toxic, but I do not blame them for my poor play.

9. Normal Yasuo 6-11-8 Outcome = Loss - Ignore my build here, I was just trying something new. Bot lane was very toxic and our jungler goes 2-12-10 and only wants to surrender.

10. Normal Shen 2-5-18 Outcome = Win - I had a good game here as Shen support getting Vayne fed. The only toxic players were on the enemy.

11. Ranked Shen 4-3-5 Outcome = Loss - Rengar gave up the first 3 dragons of the match and Caitlyn got mad. Then him and Caitlyn started arguing in chat. Eventually the Support and Mid start yelling at Rengar too. We had an early lead but all the bickering pretty much cost us the game.

12. Ranked Shen 3-4-16 Outcome = Win - Game 3 of my promos, I won :) Nobody toxic here (well maybe the Vayne a bit, always typing in caps)

13. Normal Morgana 3-11-7 Outcome = Loss - Had a bad game, whatever.

14. Ranked Shen 1-8-28 Outcome = Win - Lots of bickering throughout the 66 minute game but we managed to pull off the win. This was game 2 of promos

15. Ranked Yi 13-4-4 Outcome = Loss - Our Blitz decided that our Jinx sucked and decided not to play serious and instead sat in spawn looking up our match histories and harassing us on our bad games. Then he started intentionally feeding. This was game 1 of my promos, luckily I won the next 2 to advance. I was also prompted after the game that, "A recent player I reported has been punished." Our top friended me shortly after that and said he got the same message too, so I assume the Blitz was punished.

16. Normal Yasuo 2-9-10 Outcome = Loss - I had a horrible game as a Yasuo support although I did get our Zed adc off to a good start. Enemy was occasionally toxic in all chat.

17. Ranked Yi 20-4-7 Outcome = Win - Our Ashe was intentionally trolling this match flaming me on my name (instamuted after that) and just making toxic comments in general throughout the match. I carried.

18. Normal Riven 2-2-3 Outcome = Win - It was a 5v3 from the 5th minute in my first game as Riven. Since it was a 5v3 I decided I would just practice leaping over walls. 2 afks on enemy this game.

19. Ranked Yi 13-6-12 Outcome = Win - This game was a 4v5 from the start with our Malzahar never connecting. My team was able to step it up though.

20. Ranked Yi 7-9-2 Outcome = Loss- Our bot started blaming each other on who's fault it was for enemy getting fed.

So in the 20 games above, I had 6 afks, 6 intentional feeders/trolls, and a lot more toxic players who got mad after 1 or 2 simple mistakes. I also had an intentional feeding Yi, but that was more than 20 games back. Riot, you need to start taking more actions on these toxic players. I mean the 23-10-4 Yi match, seriously? We have a 3/19 Akali who is feeding intentionally while also spamming surrneders, an intentional feeding Trist with all mobi boots, and a rage quit Shaco all in the same match? Please.

The only reason I'm playing Yi so much now is because I never know when something crazy like a 2v5 is gonna pop up and I'm going to have to carry. I've played more Yi in the past few weeks than I have in my entire LoL ranked career.

Is anyone else out there getting lots of toxic players in the summer or whenever school is out for students?

**BEFORE YOU REPLY:**This is NOT a QQ "OMG TROLLS KEEP ME IN BRONZE" thread. I am a bad player, I admit it. I just want the game to be more enjoyable. Yes, I know you can /mute all to avoid toxic players IN CHAT, but intentional feeders?

EDIT: I just got out of a game where our Lux went 0-3-0 and then afked after. This is unbelievable.
