Caitlyn is basically the only reason I just refuse to play ADC. She is so unfun to play against. Outranges you by a mile then zones you under your own turret...

Tristana does not outrange Caitlyn until level 16, most games do not even last that long anymore, especially for ADCs who are usually a few levels behind mids, tops and jungs because of duo lane exp. Jinx only outranges Caitlyn at rank 4 of Q, by the time you get rank 4 of Q the laning phase is over for the most part, and it still costs mana per AA.

and if anything the most ban worthy stat it's ban rate

if cait is so strong/unfun, why isn't she banned?

It's cuz Yasuo and Lee Sin have always had good stat lines with high playrates, overshadowing the top lane.

While Cait does that now, it isn't something that she's always done. For ADCs, it's always a few select ADCs dominating the others with that kind of playrate/winrate. Right now, it's the champs that abuse Runaan's the most. Before that, it was Youmuu's/Cleaver/Duskblade. Before that is was Shyv/Rapid Firecannon, etc. etc.
