Walking into 1 of his E already does 50% of your health as a squishy and even chunks tank.
This is the exact same reason ap teemo shrooms were nerfed multiple times over years, its not fun gameplay or interactive.

but then again the champ has an over all win rate of 46% and has had that prior to the rework and still has it after words... yet i maintain a 57-60% win rate on him

N..no. He's a tank. He, like other tanks, needs damage to farm, trade early, and clear the jungle, but his true power is his durability and CC.
