Has anyone else tried magic Pen Lb?

I've been toying with items like item 3136 item 3020 as a rush on leblanc since the nerfs on w a while ago? it honestly makes her feel like she deals more then enough damage to kill someone while just being a tiny bit extra durable from haunting guise, or liandry's if you wish to upgrade it. the ap on the item is ok. 80 is pretty good. after those you can continue into your normal items like zhonyas or banshees if needed for cdr with a deathcap and void for more damage and pen.

I'unno though.

i'm in the process of pretty much still a novice with her, I thought they'd be copying whatever it was that one streamer did.

mpen isn't that great to take over flat AP - her ratio's are too high for it to be worth it, and the itemization for mpen is garbage besides Sorcs/Void.

Mpen generally is good on champs with high base and low scaling, like Vel'Koz, but LB has absolutely disgusting AP scaling. Void staff is almost always the better buy over Haunting Guise/Liandry's. LB Doesn' t have spammable spells to take advantage of Liandry's dot, and she only has one conditional form of single target CC, so she won't make good use of its burn passive either.
