The silver player has like a 70% win rate so their MMR is probably way higher than their rank. Everyone has bad games

The longer your queue goes, the more liberties the game takes in order to get you into a match faster. Wait long enough and you get imbalanced match ups like this.

I found out as a support main that you can avoid this by cancelling your queue if it goes over 3 minutes. Just press the not ready picture and enter the queue again.

I don't think it was even 3 minutes, I just don't get how a silver player was in a game with plats when it's ranked.. I thought riot specifically didn't do this.. it's like a gold player being in a diamond ranked game, it shouldn't happen period..

Yeah but if i can't queue with my silver friends, why can I be matched with them. I thought it wasn't suppose to match plats with silvers or golds with bronze etc

It shouldn't but it has happened. I've had an unranked in one of my games this season, and I've been plat since the first week.

It matchs by MMR, not by rank.

Not a smurf, look his stats. He got good placements and his MMR inflated. Seems to have been demoted aswell. Looks like a wildcard to me.

That's rediculous.. I don't understand why they're allowing this.. our lb was literally down over 100 cs by the time she completed her first item he had almost 3

Dynamic Queue... Tbh if someone is playng with 1 or 2 elos higher, they should get little LP for winning and alot of LP lost for losing.

it is possible he is smurf. He played only in season 6 only this month. Check Tier Graph

However usually diamond smurfs start somewhere from gold and plat and climb up to diamond again. It happens they also have bad games sometimes

Possibly he is good player too if not smurf

there is possibility that its based on MMR In other words he might be gold Based on MMR since his MMR was higher than avarage
