  1. DONT TP TO MINIONS IF YOU'RE GOING BACK TO LANE.
  2. SAVE YOUR TP IF YOU CAN GET BACK TO LANE WITHOUT LOSING MUCH CS.
  3. TRY WATCHING THE WHOLE MAP AND SEEING WHEN YOU CAN TP INTO A FIGHT
  4. POST 20 MINUTES, DONT USE TP TO GET BACK TO LANE

DONT RUN TP IF YOU DONT LIKE THESE RULES.

Your rules have too many absolutes, and are an all caps nightmare. I'll stick to my own set.

Better than yours, by all appearances. Absolutes are trouble when so many variables are not constant.

Pretty much this. Everything mentioned in the OP is nice, but if it's followed to the letter you'll be doing yourself a disservice.
