Silver 5 is literally the average. It's where you pretty much get placed by default

protip: kfo, stixxay, bjergsen, and plenty of people in masters/challenger have dynamic queue badges. Even the current highest ranked player in NA has a dynamic queue badge. Playing with friends doesn't mean you're bad or that you're boosted. It's amazing to me that there are actually people that think like that.
