Please buff draven
compared to other adcs he is bad. The only buffs im asking for is to lower his mana costs.

The problem is that Kog/Ezreal/Lucian/etc. are just so wildly overpowered right now that all other ADCs are struggling to compete.
ModWulf Helhammer1 votesNo, he really isn't. He's never been the most popular pick, due to his entirely single target damage short of his ult.
He has probably some of the highest damage of any ADC, an insane lane bully, incredibly snowball-y, as well as being resistant to being bullied himself, can typically 2 shot just about any non pure tank with a few items, and has a strong global ult. I don't see any need for buffs
