Can we give Vlad a tiny buff?

Maybe for his passive scaling, so his laning phase stays weak, but he has a better late game...or a CD decrease on Q( don't need to be more than 0.5sec )

Ryze had CC. Scaled well with tank items. Had AoE spellvamp ( which vlad doesn't have except if you buy it ). MR shred. Lower CD point and click harrass and was actually good at melee range. Vlad is trash at melee range

Vlad has heavy aoe damage. Strong sustain. Excellent waveclear. Free tankiness from his passive. Single target nuke. Damage amplifier for the whole team. And the troll pool what is actually a cc even if its a waek cc. They are not the same of course, but in terms of power level he would be the same after some buffs what the old Ryze was.

What's the single target nuke? He's not nuker at all. He battles others by sustaining while their health goes low. Both his Q and W aim for this strategy.

Vladimir 's Q is the Singlee target nuke.

Define nuke please. According to you, probably every spell and autoatacks are nukes.

Well, early game, Vlad's Q is just a gimmick of damage, mostly used just to heal him or to CS. But late game, it can deal a lot of damage to squishies.

His R is more closer to a nuke though

His R is a debuff that doesn't deal much damage at all. The strength of his R in teamfights is the damage amplification. Having a buff makes hum a tank-initiator for teamfights, not nuker.

Nukers are mages like Veigar, Akali probably Katarina. Vladimir isn't even close to these with his DPS.

What is so good about his lat

You can Q twice on most teamfights. His ult is not that incredible if you team has no AoE.

You are clearly playing Vlad wrong if you Q twice in a teamfight.

No really. Vlad is best mid-game. In the late-game, he fades behind stronger champions, especially melee bruisers.

Late game already great BUT early is a struggle... My thoughts.... sanguine pool costs 15% current hp cd changed to 24/21/18/15/12 and Tides of Blood cost reduced to 20/30/40/50/60

Late game vlad is extremely difficult to kill.

I don't think you have seen a good vlad past 40 minutes into a game.

I don't agree. I think the Vladimir is good as he is. I play him often and I don't feel underpowered or overpowered.
