I'm d3 and I just had a plat 1 adc that was also autofilled that went vs. d1 adc main. Who do you think fed and why did we lose that game ? Of course because of our adc, he didn't do anything whole game and honestly you can't blame him. Why is plat 1 autofilled adc going vs. d1 adc main ? Makes no sense. Games are just not fun on either side.

The whole silver, bronze, gold, plat and so on system is there, so you can grind more games and stay longer in the game. You wouldn't be so proud, if you had just a number instead of a border and some title, end of season prizes and so on.

If it wasn't all about the grinding, most people that are still playing ranked would be only on ARAM/ blind pick/ weekend rotation modes or would just quit the game. The whole system is all about addiction. The endgame of LoL is not that great to play the same thing over and over.

Why would I need to play against challengers to reach d3 ? does it make sense ? No. Same goes for that dude, he's plat 1 and he's going vs. d1's. How the fuck does that make sense.. to leave plat 1 you gotta play d1's ? Fuck the high mmr. Give me +30 LP if I'm playing against challengers and winning in fuckin' d4. But no, lp gain stays the same because the dumbass system gives their team lower mmr teammates so it balances out. If youre doing the math, yeah it balances out but in game it makes no sense.
