dynamic queue is stupid but you wouldn't have been able to play ranked with them anyways.. in the old system you could only duo with people 1 tier above or below you, for example since im gold i can only duo with silver and plat. has nothing to do with dynamic queue.

if you couldn't play with them in the old system then you won't be able to play with them now and viceversa. Don't come here complaining about something that has been in place since the old champ select and treat it like it's something new
