That active synergize's so well with his ults movespeed, he can catch anything in a split second and his team can follow up with bonus movement as well.
plus the health restore also synergyze's well with his ults spellvamp.
plus it's tanky/mana, it's so good on him lol.

spellvamp still exists on champion abilities, masteries, and runes, including ryze ult active
