Who remembers the season 4 masteries?
Havoc:
- Requires 20 points in the Offense tree
- Increases damage dealt by 3%
THREE PERCENT INCREASED DAMAGE
No wonder everything is dying so fast, the new mastery system is busted.

TheHappyReaperz1 votesYou didn't do your research did you? You could easily get 11% increased damage from the offense tree. That's not counting the bonus AD/AP masteries, as well as the mastery that gave you bonus magic damage on AA.
