rewoards for leveling for those who are already thirty

to make the rewords fair. can we give those who past a level when the change go live the rewards for the levels we have already passed.

so current level lvl 15 player will get rewords for lvls 2-15 25 will get rewards for lvls 2-25 lvl 30 will get rewords for all levels 2-30

if we cant USE them then that's just too bad for us, at least we GOT them. im sure at least ONE of those levels will give us something useful.

it not like there is any HARM in doing this.

also... plz make emotes buyable with ip/blue essence

i don't mind certain emotes buying RP only later on.. but at least give us 10 or so basic ones to start with
