I really hate critical hit mechanic
So random ... the odds will make you almost insta kill someone who jumps or you or just die because even with 50% you missed 3 critical shots

Yes, they should remove it and just add new effects to current crit-focused items. I feel that would be a step towards the right direction for the game.
Riot's not going to do anything about it because favoritism
I don't really hate crit as much as most people seem to right now probably because I only pay attention to the holistic impact of random mechanics like crit rather then paying much attention to outlying cases of BS. If someone with 20% crit chance crits me 3 times in a row I just accept it knowing there were probably times where someone with 80% crit chance failed to crit me 3 times in a row. That's just me though, I'm pretty indifferent towards crit. If it were up to me I'd make crit like dota where there is 1 or 2 items that provide crit and crit chance stacks multiplicatively rather then additively.
I mean that still feels like a pretty shitty system to me. Your damage output shouldn't be defined as, I landed those 3 lucky crits so I got to burst him or I have 80% crit chance and I missed a crit losing me the fight. This is especially true on a class defined as being the most consistent damage source.
Honestly not disagreeing or agreeing with you, haven't had the time to take my stance on the current crit system but i will say this, when playing the game you just got to assume the enemy will crit every time and you won't get any.
I'm ok with conditions for Crits (Jhin forth shot, assassin jumping you, step on trap, etc), and would be OK with items giving conditions for Crits (kinda like Rapid Fire Cannon or Duskblade for their damage), but I don't like the random Crits.
From what Riot's said Crit basically exist to minimize stat check scenario with Marksmen, since a lucky Crit can turn the tide, but that feels like lazy balance to me. After all, we have 5 other classes that manage to function without Random Crit breaking stat checks, Marksmen only have issues because they aren't using their abilities enough. Smart use of abilities/items/terrain/positioning is what should break stat checks, not a dice roll every attack. If Marksmen can't use their abilities to break their stat checks then they need another rework.
Is there anyone who actually thinks random crits are a good idea? The mechanic seems to be universally hated, I don't understand why an entire class seems to revolve around RNG.
Rework critical mechanics or rework crit item, one of those two are needed.
