How is that thing even a champion? Hes a god. I want to meet the person that remade Ryze, balanced Ryze, and let Ryze through. I must understand how a truly sadistic mind works. That champion legit needs to be deleted. At least Riven can somewhat be outplayed. Ryze is just a piece of nuclear garbage. I rarely cry "OP champion pls nerf" but I don't even want him to be nerfed. Riot has proven they're incapable or making Ryze a good champion so I propose Ryze just be deleted from the game. Kill him in the lore if you must, hes an abomiation. Fuck that last game was brutal, he stuck his scroll somewhere safe thats for sure.

People complained on how weak he was on the first patch of his rework without learning his new builds/combos they over buffed him and there trying to fix this over buffing atleast he can't perma snare at level 3.

They have already changed around his permasnare problems. Now he has to do either:

Max Q to have longer passive duration, but weaker snare.
Max W to have longer snares, but a more shorter passive duration.

I'd say he's fine now.

I agree. He is the closes thing to a demi-god in League of Legends. He can easily RAPE his appointment and doesn't even require a skill player to do so. Knowing the fundamentals is more than enough. I'm sick of tired of laning ag ainst this bastard and his perma snare + burst + vamp + shield = BULLSHIT.
