All the juggernaut reworks take what is annoying about the champion then amp it to 11.

Man I hate when Darius kill-steals everything and does huge ult damage.

Riot increases his ult damage by giving him huge damage on passive. Nerfs his passive (thrice, makes it physical, removes the move speed, then reduces it's base damage), nerfs his Q, nerfs his W, nerfs his E.

You know whats annoying? Full tank Garen doing huge ult kill steals

Gives Garen a 1500 true damage nuke ultimate. Nerfs his passive, his Q, his W, his E.

You know whats annoying? Getting kited as skarner.

Nerfs his base damage, his movement speed, and puts down dedicated "don't fight me here" pillars.

You know whats annoying? Mordekaiser on my team.

Makes people think they can replace an ADC with Mord. Be prepared for Mord attempting to be your team's ADC! All aboard the really fucking bad ideas train, choochoo. But at least they're also nerfing all armor items so ADCs are even better and not having an ADC is even worse.
