You know, except to use thresh to his full ability, you need to be good with him. Same with bard
Looks like you never saw a good Bard player in enemy team. You are laning-Here is Vayne's stun for you, and it works on everything behind you, not just walls, it also does not push you back and it can stun your unlucky support too. Oh, and let me add some free targeted AOE slow from AA, and ms buff for ADC. You are trying to poke-His ADC has 3 healing spots, good luck. He even can put his shrines at lvl1 on mid/jungle so they have free healing pot You are pushing bot tower with warded river and everything-Here you have 3-man-gank through the wall Teamfighting-Ok, just let me put a stasis on your ADC+midlaner and fight 5x3, and add a stun after its end Just focus Bard first?-No, he builds tanky items because he has tons of utility without AP.
I'm a pretty decent bard and I have my moments. I'll tell you one thing, his early game is average, his mid game is strong, his late game is really weak. I've had games were I utterly destroy the enemy team early and mid, making plays left and right, but the game drags on to late game and we end up losing. I've had little success of coming back from a early/mid game slaughter as bard, unless I landed a ult on both mid and adc and wrecked them then got baron.
prove me wrong
Nope, not going to. Thresh is overloaded. Has too much utility, damage, and tankiness. I'm fine with him having tons of utility and tankiness, but he shouldn't be dealing as much damage as he currently does: More than other supports that are less squishy and deal less damage/have less utility.
