Why Targeted Abilities that bounce can hit an invisible target?

I am talking about abilities like R or E or E

I mean is that a bug? because when you are invisible you are not in the VISION of the enemy...so how the Targeted ability bounce to you? when the enemy has no vision of you...i mean when you hit this ability and someone sit on a bush this ability would not hit them unless there is a ward in..but if you sit next to an ally as invisible and someone use a targeted bounce ability it would hit you...WHY? is that normal? is a bug? because if its normal it need to be change because it make no sense...if its bug...well it need to be fixed

I know Brand Ult and Fiddle E can continue on without vision. In fact, in ARAM, if you hit a fleeing enemy with your E, there's a very good chance they may carry the crow to the rest of their team, even though all of them are hidden in Fog of War

idk honestly, but that just means i need to be careful because that means teemo support doesnt really work...

nope only if you enter as the bounce start if you are there and nobody saw you the bounce ignore you!!

but that not the deal with invisible targets! it bounce on them when there is no vision...of them so why it bounce? how the ability knows that a champion is there
