You would need 60 ap at level 1 for a max range q to hit 200 damage before mr
max range Q hitting over 2k late game
With 970 ap at max range before mr, not an easy or normal amount of ap for late game build.
with E proc hitting upwards of 700 true damage. On a basic ability.
You would need 1200 ap for this to be true.
