First, they buff her and remove the Mana cost on Tumble.

THEN they realize that welp, she's strong. Nerfs ensue.

Wrong again, first they reduce her attack range by 50, but then make Tumble's cool down reset everytime she procs her W or stuns with E.

in a nutshell what will happen is this nerf her to the ground then buff her to the point of viability
